Fantastic customer service, phenomenal work. Sean was quick to respond to my initial contact, I was able to arrange an estimate within the next day or so, and have the work done within a few weeks (at my request, it could have been sooner.). I needed tuck-pointing done on all four exterior walls of my home, it’s a historic home and the mortar had separated enough to cause a water leak on the interior. Being that this was a hazard, I needed the work done pretty quickly and even though we had scheduled on what was to be the first cold, snowy, crappy day of the year, Sean still came out to get the work done. The repairs look amazing, and I appreciate the dedication, professionalism, and the clear communication throughout the entire process. I plan to have Sean come back in the spring to do some additional repairs as well.

We had O’Loughlin’s tear out an old concrete pad and replace it and also added about 40 ft of sidewalk. They did an awesome job. We also have them coat it and it was windy and leaves and debris roll up on the coating while it was still wet. We let them know and in a very timely fashion they came out and redone it no charge. I measure a company by the service after the fact as well as a service itself and they did not disappoint. I’m sure you’ll be very happy with whatever task you hire them for.
